Note that if Hart is under 50% HP, has cycled into phantom bullet after using TA and using an equip like Hermes Trismegistus(reduces all allies damage taken by 25 and for 3 times physical damage taken by 25%) he can have a total of 20%+20%+20%+25%= 85% physical+ 25% damage res. So a 110% damage res. That is crazy

Miranda is killed by Simon, and Hart seeks revenge. Priscilla was also shot by Simon leaving her blind. for Vulte I think he wants to Kill Hart but I haven't read the 8th story. that's just a guess
Hart liked Miranda. Not as a teacher but as a woman. So Simon killed him. But instead it becomes the long root of the problem. FYI (Simon and Miranda are husband and wife)
In the last chapter of phantom bullet hart kill the actual villain grand master after that rayas shows up right after hart killed the grand master, I dunno how but rayas is also got manipulated by the grand master, so yeah hart finally met rayas but they both already got manipulated to fight each other by the grand master and the the story to be continued in main story chapter 16
I'm super happy since I got guy Vultee-Lr in the Step-Up Banner at the second multi with the Paid stones (first with Free and then with Paid, only 100 stones spent). With my shitty luck I was hoping to hey Airi but I got something way better without spending much.
What i dont like about him is, people dont like to use him as tank but his role is the only tank in party, kinda make newbie on multi toxic like, people want to do deep dmg regardless if it means charging his art 6 times with boss kicking other player's butt, if u new player pls for god sakes use his phantom bullet and true art alternately and let dps do dmg if u have any.

if you have him and miranda you will never use thetis again. Vultee for physical dmg and miranda for magic. and that is because of magia drive thetis greatest strength back then is now his biggest weakness it's super tricky and hard to get 400 art at the start or in the middle of a hard quest for thetis and if he lose magia drive in the middle of a enemy TA without solid def equips bye bye thetis, with the new tanks 1 get 45% physical res (Vultee with his TW10% and sandstone TW 15% and innate 20% ) and the other 50% magic res (miranda) passive all the time. it's so much easier and consistent you only need to TA once and you are good to go.
I pulled on this banner hoping for Airi -> Rainbow “Touch” -> Gets four 5* -> Jackpot??? -> Only get Vultee + 1500 alch. In all seriousness, he’s the only Phantom bullet user I have so I’m gonna use him 😭😭
They're both taunt tanks sure but the difference is Miranda is more used for tanking enemies who do magic damage and Vultee Lr is for physical. So Miranda is the best for magic enemies and Vultee Lr is physical. Thetis is great generally for either or.
