It a AT of Last Breath where Sans and Gaster failed for many times like Dusttale AU, instead of Sans, Gaster is the one have enough with this and tell Sans that the only way to stop the human is to killing their own kind to gain EXP so he can stop this ,Sans despite felling guilty and don’t want to do this but because of what Human did to the timeline for many of times, he knows he have to do this with his *massacre* breath, for his brother, for the monster kind. ( UMB Sans unlike Murder Sans are not doing this because of his depression and sanity become low after the repeating kill genocide route of human, he are being forced to do this thing he hate the most so that he can end this madness so we can assumed that UMB Sans are felling guilty and unjustice seeing this as a dirty work but he have it to be done in order to save the monster unlike Murder Sans seeing is as the only way since he losing hope while UMB still have some hope inside )
