If we need Data Protection Officers, the focus should be on capacity building.
We need to answer the "How" question. What is Nigeria's efforts at building these Data Protection Officers.
I have only come across that term in the Nigerian Data Protection Act but I don't have a clue how to be one if I'm interested. I'm sure millions of Nigerians are in this same shoe.
