Bishop Kenneth C. Ulmer is the Co-Chair of Empowered21’s U.S. Cabinet. He is the senior pastor-teacher of Faithful Central Bible Church. Dr. Ulmer is the former president of The King’s College and Seminary where he is also a founding board member and an adjunct professor. He has served as instructor and adjunct professor at many universities and seminaries including Grace Theological Seminary, Biola University, Pepperdine University and United Theological Seminary.
