Just got the Poe version I just love the fact I have it hooked up to my nvr with all my other cameras no cloud subscription and everything’s local also got it to pair up to two more none reolink chimes and my Alexa plus the notifications are really fast

Ditto my ring subscription end in a couple of months so I will be removing it and replacing due to the masssive hike in Rung doorbell subscription costs as well as it not being very open source with what after all your data. The Realink looks interesting I will look into that.
I have 5 Problems with the reolink camera. 1. The install voice is way to loud and can not be stopped. 2. The Chime/gong is not sold sepradly. 3. I get false Alarms fro Cars driving by although i blocked the street to be ignored. 4. There is NO possibility to open the door. why is that? 5. If someone rings it takes 5 seconds in the app till the picture is visible.
You can set a different notification tone on the app, so you'll be able to know when someone presses the bell or is motion detected. However, at the moment, you can't set a separate tone for both, although I think reolink are working on it.
@@AD34534 ring camera actually rings your phone. You get notification as if you were actually getting a phone call. With Reolink, you just get a normal notification like if you have a text message or an email.

Is Reolink going to replace your camera for free if it's get stolen? I don't think so.
I secured mine by putting glue into the release catch
does the Reolink work with the existing chime?
If you mean the existing old doorbell chime, then no. But they do include a plug in chime in the box.
