I found this video after a bit of search due to the 4th jobs update on iRO and (well, it should not be a surprise) oh god, these guys are sooooo late about kRO updates. As a main Super Novice user this video makes me happy and unhappy at the same time, because this game only lives in my memories now. It is so nostalgic to remember the moment when the Expanded Super Novice arrived to iRO, started leveling up again and experimenting with those limited 2nd job class skills they chosen to give us. It was all fun and good until reaching level 135, Gramps 135-150 hardest turn-ins made it impossible to a Expanded Super Novice be accepted in a party, so I could never reach level 150. I can't even imagine leveling to 200 in iRO haha. Super Novice is such an underrated class. I don't play Super Novice but looks like their upgrade isn't too bad. And nice video shared)
it's because nobody is playing anymore. They refused to adhere to the GDPR guidelines, and had 2 years notice before it went into effect. When it happened, they had to block and wipe all data of EU players, thus killing more than half the population. Then rose the bots. Then they merged with the Malaysian server, which brought along more bots than players, making the iRO total character count more bot than players. the damage was done. It's just pay to be cool now, with low chance of getting anything useful. People got tired of spending money for a 100% chance to get crap every time.
Hmm, I'm quite dissapointing. I thought it's gonna be more like, 'real' novice. Like Hyper stone throw, or Mega Firebolt, or Thousand double-attack, something that's cool and reasonable for being a legendary novice 😂
Disappointing when i see double bowling bash i though it will have something like TRUE or Something ASHURA strike lol maybe make it mp to 0 and hp to 1 after use but deal massive dmg
they can only use Altered variants of the skills that were available to them for combat, and since they couldn't use monk offense skills anyways, there's no point. The spells they have for mage are literally large aoe varians of a lot of the single targets spells for mage/sage, and the melee are better versions of the single/really low aoe variants of others.
Hehehe as former gravety employee i know a guy who would give that crazy name.... Trivia: super novice class was totally invented as a pun to all class. 😂😂😂
Why did you guys go Renewal rather than just adding more dungeons and classes, I've been playing for years and don't understand why the formula would change :(
@@webhosttamago602 No, when I say "you guys" I just mean Gravity in general. My comment was mainly hoping for a response and maybe a little insight from a former member of the team because it's not exactly every day you get to talk to a team member of a game you've loved for years.
If people really think this is amazing they have low standards and will eat anything up at this point this is just embarrassing I'm glad I quit RO during its golden years LMAO!!
Talking about standars when u dont even playing be yourself, it isnt the same as the old times, but that the point. There alot more to do than stay 2 hours killing mobs in the same maps. @bellatery
@@SebaSawa RO in the past was more about socializing and people fought together, Mvping ment something so did war so did the game itself and leveling. Today all that is different and it sucks they literally made 4th jobs do more damage than Final Fantasy let that sink in. we do BEYOND 999 MILLION damage, and the classes are all broken as hell with nothing but power creeping. a lot more to do? you mean spoon fed questing for items and exp? you mean how everyone shares the exact same leveling method and nothing is fun? you mean how all classes can MvP? yeah thats not more to do its a broken game.

I got a Hyper Novice fairly recently and his magic is awesome. Even with the Paradise Suno Wand and Grace set.
