That's just beautiful. A place to dream. The grandfather had the vision. This is confirmed once again. The first generation builds everything, the second generation receives, loves and shares the vision. The third generaton is no longer interested in this vision and sells everything. Real values are infinitely difficult to create. I wish the new owner the passion and hopefully he shares the vision of the grandfather, because it was just beautiful.

Can I be adopted into this family. 😄 I can't imagine waking up to that every morning. Who cares if the main Airport is 2 hours away, I wouldn't care if it was 10 min away, I would have no reason to leave this place, it's like a vacation every day you are there. Someone will be very happy to have this place. The outdoor areas are so well done, with every aspect taken into consideration.
A gracious tour as always, but Danilo why not sit in a chair under those beautiful pine trees, with a glass of white wine, to admire the view for a few seconds? We can feel like we sit with you. The seaside locales of Italy are breathtaking, thank you for taking us along with you again. Ciao

Realization should be instantaneous, knowing that such a strikingly fashion conscious person as Danilo would never commit such a fashion faux pas, and would never unknowingly do so as he is aware of his sartorial situation at all times, to the extent of a spiritual level.

The idea of having herbs on the land is perfect! I love growing my own herbs. Having the right plants growing on the landscape is such a wonderful beginning for anyone, as that alone can take much time and thought and so long to get them growing as well.
The top floor is lovely and would make a special apartment, for special guests who visit. What views and such a lovely breeze one would have from the Terrace on hotter nights!

The main villa is sensational, the exterior stonework is distinctive. The widows, doors and shutters are vintage. The guest house is my fav, it is so cute and fanciful, bright and the decor is perfectly matched, it's just right. Fav spaces surrounding the villa property are the landscaped exotic garden, the intimate patios and the multiple terraces are EVERYTHING! To imagine spending all day every day outside dreaming by the sea, it is irresistible bliss..Thanks Danilo and your team for this tour, it was a delight, Ciao!

Wow, you were really at the top of your game when you did this video, Danilo! I always think you couldn't possibly get better with these, but then you always surprise me. From the sea sounds in the beginning, to the story of the villa, to your wonderful relaxed demeanor, and the footage of the region around the property, this was amazing. This place is lovely, and I was surprised by how much personality it has - many mid-century constructions seem so soulless. But it is obvious that a lot of thought went into making this space warm and unique. I really love the blue and white tiles in both kitchens, and I noticed they are even used on the stairs! This really is the little slice of paradise that the grandfather imagined it would be - I can't imagine why they would ever want to sell it! Thank you for another wonderful tour.
PS I have, in the eight months or so I have been watching your videos, learned so much about Italy and its geography. Every time you take us to a new location I find myself googling more information. In this, you have enriched my life and imagination. Thank you!

What a wonderful property!!! I love each of the units. It has been very well designed for an extended family. The views are "à couper le souffle" as we say in French. Beautiful terraces everywhere. Anyone who lives here is very lucky.
