Watching from New York USA doc after watching you I walk a lot only if weather is good here in NY it’s always cold well it’s just at home exercise and eat fish and veges I drink lots of water I never do this before only after I watch your videos telling us Thank you doc Willie and doc Lisa you gave us pointers and what not to eat and what to eat I feel much better and lost lbs too Sept 2023 I was 144 lbs now yesterday I weighed it’s 121.8 lbs Thank you I feel light I sleep 7 hrs at least almost everyday
