- We're back with some more 250 vs 450 action! This footage is from my visit to Tampa MX a few weeks ago where I did a lap time comparison between the two. A few people were asking for the full go pros from that day, so I decided to throw them up raw for you while I'm studying for finals. Enjoy!

I’m starting my fitness journey this winter in Ohio to prepare for the spring. fingers crossed lots of cardio and figuring out some way to train for arm pump and I’ll be where I want by spring before I even start riding

I actually don’t get it as bad as they say I should but I’m naturally a big dude so I have a lot of muscle that the average rider wouldn’t so it means while I don’t get it as bad for a while when it hits I’m screwed lol.
Weirdest part is that I can ride and get pump take a break and actually get less pump after which makes no sense to me at all lol
Start now man. Rowing will help with arm pump but really the only thing that really helps is riding
Justin F that’s what my dad is pushing is that I just need to ride constantly. I plan to do a lot of Bmx riding this winter at rays mountain bike park. Indoor trails etc. riding jumps and tracks to simulate it best I can

He is on a team now, him and Jerry robin are racing outdoors for them while his other 2 teammates are racing indoors (the team in fxr chaparral honda)
I've wiped my GoPro while riding, but never as steezy as you did it at 10:22, that was nicccce.
The torque difference is super obvious. Not sure if it a difference in suspension, tires or just the fact of how many hours you have on the 250 compared to the 450. The 450 looked like it always wanted to come “up” on you and run “out” away from you. The 250 power looks “smoother” BUT not enough. Almost like a 50 parent riding their sons 65 in the pits; squashing it and running the high revs just to keep it moving...

I see that you work the clutch and the front brake with your pointer fingers. Try using your middle finger. You get a much better grip for the same effort.

i really enjoy seeing you ride but these "only 180° turn tracks" really bore me out because i cant enjoy riding them myself. i love really rough and thight turns where nobody wants to ride and you can just send it, but these 180 turns just break the flow so hard.

Compare lap times: Do one moto regular, then one moto with that stupid little 'whip' every jump.
