Ridiculous how HDB is still forcing home owners to expose their sewage pipes. If a private property can build a shaft around plumbing, why can’t the HDB?

what will be the cost like ?

@@sg_rinterior yea the whole renovation without white goods .. any ballpark nbr ?

@@HubertDecaro mainly this resale HDB was a full make over, with the existing walls hacked etc 🏠

😂 we got to do what we can especially for old resale HDB flats
But at least the newer flats are starting to have some box up to hide of the sewage pipe with access panels for maintenance when needed
