Good content Esther. Please i have an offer in Hull. The deposit is 4K and i was planning to deposit about 6K but due to the recebt changes in Form A processing. I can only do the required 4K. Please from your experience, will it be possible to hustle and meet up with 2500 payment in November and 6500 in February? I have a dependent that will be working full time

Depositing 4k to get your CAS isn’t a bad idea as the form A at this point can be relied on.
If you and your partner are meticulous with spending and focused on your financial goal you should be fine hustling the remaining payments to meet as at when due.
