- BJP's social engineering was seen while electing Devendra Fadnavis as the legislative group leader. From proposal to approval, BJP gave opportunity to MLAs of various castes. The Congress always criticizes the BJP for having a vested interest in certain castes. But while choosing Fadnavis as group leader, BJP tried to maintain balance of all social elements. In a way, BJP has given a befitting reply to the criticism of Congress. Looking at the social engineering done by the BJP in the selection of the leader of the legislative group, the possibility of its reflection in the cabinet too cannot be ruled out.
देवेंद्र फडणवीसांची विधिमंडळ गटनेतेपदी निवड करताना भाजपचं सोशल इंजीनिअरिंग पाहायला मिळालं. प्रस्तावापासून ते अनुमोदानापर्यंत भाजपनं विविध जातींच्या आमदारांना संधी दिली. भाजपवर ठराविक जातींचा पगडा असल्याची टीका नेहमीचं काँग्रेसकडून केली जाते. पण फडणवीसांची गट नेतेपदी निवड करताना भाजपनं सर्व समाज घटकांचा समतोल राखण्याचा प्रयत्न केला. एक प्रकारे भाजपनं काँग्रेसच्या टीकेला चोख प्रत्युत्तर दिलंय. विधिमंडळ गटनेता निवडीत भाजपनं जे सोशल इंजिनीअरिंग केलंय ते पाहाता मंत्रिमंडळातही त्याचं प्रतिबिंब उमटण्याची शक्यता नाकारता येत नाही.
