My hair held up fine with all 3. But I think it’s important to note that these are considered luxury hair extensions for a reason. You have to go get them maintenance properly. And of course they need to be installed properly. None of the options are protective as your hair will be out. If you’re on a hair growth journey I wouldn’t recommend any of them lol but for a one time thing, yes! Also wouldn’t recommend getting any of them back to back. As far as which would be considered less damaging. I think that depends on your hair. Someone with finer hair would prefer tapes bc it not as heavy.

Great video I especially like the break down on your exp with these methods. You included plenty details… the itips install look nice. What’s the diff btwn micro links and itips. 2. I have fine hair and my perimeter is the weakest needing to get healthy and grow how did Nedra lay the wefts and how many wefts? 3. Did the price for install include the hair $900 😮blows my mind thank you. I’m in Dallas and considering trying Nedra

Yes you’ll have to use a texture that matches

I just happened to come across mine on instagram when I first moved. I honestly don’t think a lot of stylist install iTips
I mean it is supposed to be natural looking
Perms DOES NOT make hair straigt.....RELAXERS makes hair straight
