Most land in Texas is privately owned property. State, county and city parks are public domain for all to use. Texas has only one federal national park. Big Bend National park!
The land owner should just install a couple of pay gates. Charge $10 a adult $5 for kids and let people enjoy Mother Nature without trying to "own" everything.
Idk go buy land somewhere else like omg i hate that in el paso you never get to enjoy anything, like one time we went to this camp cohen waterpark thing and they said no food and shit like that and we just left, i swear i hate this place and i want to go live somewhere else.

Guadalupe Mountains NP is a federal park. What are you on about?
Things like that should not be private land.

Before you head out there consider the dangerous road cowboys and nuts driving unhinged.
Places like this shouldn't have owners
