I used to work in a shoe store, that made artisanal shoes! I'm not sure how Chanel shoes are made, but considering they should be great quality they may contain a shank inside the shoe. Previously a lot of high quality or hand made shoes contained them. It's essentially a stiff flat piece inside the shoe that gives the shoe structure.
That squeaking sound you're referring to, sounds like a shank that is loose (air gets trapped inside a loose shank, making a squeaking sound) from my experience the way our cobbler used to fix squeaky shanks was by pulling off the sole off and tightening the shank to stop it squeaking! After this the only noticeable difference to the shoe was a couple of studs on the bottom of the sole.

Paris was packed ( rugby World Cup ) but Chanel stores were empty like I have never seen them in years ! Could have got anything I want !- .. Hi Maria, When you were showing the Chanel Winter boots, the Brown boots with a big bow reminds me of Construction boots with a bow slapped on. The Squeaky noice is only ur left foot,so it can't be your nylons ? 🤔
