He does have vocal nodules, yeah. I watched the Live and Fall livestream last week and he also had a sore throat, so he skips parts of certain songs to safeguard his voice. I think he should check the way he's training, because that's not healthy at all and he's been straining his neck, too.
@@ace-of-teacups hmmm I wonder who his vocal coach is. This is not good 😥 hopefully he is getting some help with how to manage it.

@@ace-of-teacups i mean jyp has great vocal coaches, but jooyeon has always said he's admired singers with raspy/husky/thicker voices and he's been mimicking those styles a lot since debut. i feel like this has a big toll on his throat.. also, xh has been particularly busy this year (a full studio album, 18 concerts + us and europe tours, a mini album and many other promotional stuff), so he really didn't have time to rest his voice properly. he did mention once that he was working to restore his original voice, so hopefully it won't strain his voice too much. :;(
