40 oz one of the greatest albums all time!! Amazing music but that was a rough stretch. I remember feeling like I won the lottery but someone stole all the money when Brad died. A few months later it was Tupac, then Big ... Just think of what could've been. Or if they did a collab with Em (a real one, not was they put together posthumously).

What I thought of as So. Cal reggae had/has a pretty nice scene. Sublime, Dirty Heads, Slightly Stoopid, Rebelution, Iration, Pepper, The Supervillains, The Expendables...even though they aren’t all from California, that’s how it got glued in my brain.

What a seductively funky song, that nonchalantly draws the listener in for a nice little joy ride in a dark, violent world. The music and vocals are so smooth, but the lyrics tell a different story. Unfortunately, so many don't make it off the ride. Brad Nowell died at 28 of an overdose prior to the release of the album which is so famous, Sublime. Love the song, despite the dark undertones. Look up the defination of "santeria" if you aren't familiar with it, just for kicks.
