    You know, when I would hear responses of people when asked if they thought they were a good person, MOST replied they thought they were! l would almost automatically respond the very opposite about myself without really giving it a second thought! I feel I'm definitely not. I just learned about this guy, Brant, and wow! Thank you for your insight.

    "Instead of using our rationality to do the right thing, we just come up with reasons to use it for doing, often times, the wrong thing. And work it out after we've done it." Oof, this is true in my experience at least. I literally just ate a pizza because I wanted something salty and cheesy. Then while I was eating I found myself thinking, "I've been eating right all week, it's okay to have this pizza." That's a tame example, and not wrong necessarily, but it's the type of thing I can admit to doing every single day.

    Brant is so true. My life is a mess but I think I’m a good person but I’m really not. Sometimes I don’t know why God loves me
