    Great vid for basic implement use. Especially for us news that are learning tractors as we go.

    Nice that the blind found a good neighbor. Maybe a shared evening diner and stories over deer meat is on the future menu.

      Absolutely. We are blessed man; amazing friends a fence away. Question; we do a deer camp every year. Is that something that you think you and others would enjoy watching?

    That implement did a great job leveling out the gravel in your driveway. There was a lot of uneven parts after all the rain and it seemed to take care of it well.

    • @JoeTheFarmer
      @JoeTheFarmer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for watching Ben. Box blades are super handy man. The driveway could use some more gravel but that would be money spent and washed away with a big rain. Lol. Take care!

    Thanks Joe for the video. It is always a treat to watch your videos. We just cut all our trails last week. Now all we have to do is wait for the season to open. Won't be long now rifle season opens here in Texas first weekend in November.

      Hey Tom; thanks for watching! Season is close here too. Muzzleloader kicks off in a couple weeks. Hoping the big bruisers will hang around for a while. We have the food so they should make themselves at home! Good luck buddy!!!

    Howdy Joe. Great to see you working that thing. Mine now has over 170 hours on it. Rain came late so I’m just now almost finished with 2nd cutting orchard grass hay. The reason I got the cab is approaching. Before long I’ll be rolling out hay for the cows

    • @JoeTheFarmer
      @JoeTheFarmer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Mike! I think were were having more fun than work! Lol. The cab is awesome 10-11 months of the year. But I wouldn’t trade it for anything! You will love it in the winter brother. 😁👍🏼👊🏼

      @@JoeTheFarmer I have a blind I might want to move but it’s hand built and about 4 x 8 with shingle shed roof. Might be too heavy. Was originally set with a new Holland 170 skid steer. We’ll see if the Kioti can handle it. We way behind. Archery season already in here in the Shenandoah valley and we haven’t even had time to sight in much less hunt

    • @JoeTheFarmer
      @JoeTheFarmer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah buddy, I am going to sight in tomorrow. Been crazy busy too. 3 kids. Lol. The Kioti will handle it brother, take it slow. I have a video where we moved one…should have had ballast but the tires are loaded. These things can lift like nothing I have ever seen. Moved a propane tank the other day; no telling what that weighed. 😬

    I think you need a few more 5 gallon diesel cans LOL! I'm curious as to why you chose R4s over R1s as well. Would you mind explaining your tire choice?

    • @JoeTheFarmer
      @JoeTheFarmer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We have a LOT of rocks my friend. Sharp rocks and nasty thorns. The R4's have a bit more rubber and heft to them and I am yet to get stuck with diff lock and 4wd. Appreciate you watching brother!

    • @JeffGeorgalas
      @JeffGeorgalas ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@JoeTheFarmer Hmm. I didn't know that R4's are supposed to be better in rocky areas? I may have to rethink the R1's then.

    • @JoeTheFarmer
      @JoeTheFarmer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think they are just lore puncture resistant. But that’s what I have been told. Kap has the R1’s and loves em. Can’t go wrong imo but with logging, I would lean towards the R4’s.

      Hey John! Thanks for watching brother. It never ceases to amaze me how much this thing can lift. I am running a Titan Implement 6’ cutter and really need a bigger one. Going to demo a 12’ and 15’ and see if I can pull it!
