It felt like you captured the zeitgeist of the moment, sort of like the way Nirvanas “teen spirit” video reflected the youth culture of that moment. Brilliant melodic instincts, and the atmospheres created are very distinct. I appreciate these liquid-esque audio elements that are part of the tapestry of your music. “In Poly Amber” in particular has a quality thats almost sentient. I listened to it once late at night outside alone after a particularly challenging time in my life, and the song felt like something that surrounded me and held me in an energetic way.
