I love how you guys have made that concept of the "the music" of the game because I completely agree and its so great to hear other players feel the same way. You cant live always live by numbers and I think thats why a lot of these dark horse decks never see the light. I am so keen to get back on Arakni with a list like this!
All credit to Blake for stating it so eloquently. It’s something we’ve all felt but when put in those terms makes so much sense. Let us know how it goes with Arakni!
This video is stellar, thank you so much. I still can’t really get my head around the value of graven call being greater than my usual mix of daggers. I also hate Hurl. I’m going to give it a spin and see how I go with it. I would greatly appreciate and enjoy some narrated gameplay with the list… any chance?
Thank you. I am glad I have inspired you to cook with daggers. As far as gameplay, I might do that if I have time. I encourage you to play it on your own and experiment with different play lines. Again glad you liked the content
Hell yeah. It definitely felt for a while that Arakni was missing some tools to finish the job more proactively but it’s exciting to see what he can do now. GLHF!
Super interesting deck, love the interactions. It's the paper cost that puts me off any assassins tbh, they're just stacked full of expensive cards, already dead and codex as a playset is a good portion of my Vynnset deck XD
There is a weird assassin tax it feels like despite not being BDIF or very meta. I think a lot of it is the new staples are in expansion slots of an unpopular set 🫠
Really enjoyed this conversation, Arakni is a wonderful hero and gets no love because of the perception it’s just a fatigue plan.
Hey thanks! And yes! its not a fatigue deck, its an assassin deck!

Arakni will rise from the pits!
Thank you for the time you put into this video !
Great stuff as always :)
Clément from France here ;)
❤❤❤
Awesome stuff! Thank you Blake for asking about drawing off a Silver. I always forget to ask it. Congratulations again Taylor!!
Love to see arakni doing well - someone politely tell Taylor that it’s coercive not corrosive 😂
Ah! My bad!
🙄🤣
JOOOO one and a half hour assassin deck techs, I am HERE for this!
Hell Yeah! Assassin gang 👺🗡️
@@TheAttackActionPodcast Also thanks for the shoutout, I know I'm lacking a bit in the Arakni department 😅
Thanks for liking the long format! And I'll come on the channel anytime lol👹

I think I might try a version that tries to set up with normal daggers but concealed blades into graven for second cycle.

Nice deck tech, don't sleep on give and take i feel like that is one of the better cards in the deck after playing with it.
I had mixed success with it. Tunic resource feels over loaded some. But I think I need to play with it a bit more.
i like to pitch it or bottom it with sink/enlightened strike when i can, late game if they need to block it it helps you stay away from fatigue
Interesting, I picked up Arakni day one and dropped it once I realized fatigue was the only viable play, will definitely give this ago

Totally get it. I have s even that pop up in the purple discord as an issue. Unfortunate

We’ll nudge Taylor to see if he’ll update it.
