i have that same one in my house but it does not work at all

if no power at all,u may send it for repair ..

it does power on but when i plug in my RCA. in to the subwoofer and i play i sound it does not produce sound

@@jathniel7562 may be the problem is the amplifer rca output or the subwoofer got problem, some amplifier need to turn on the subwoofer on/off in the setting,u can refer to the usermanual.
