Love the "unfinished" basement. You really see what you're getting. Other than the oddly placed fireplace, only cosmetic work, if any, needs to be done.
Hi Monie. Thanks for your comment. Yes, I agree with you on the fireplace. Someone took a lot of time and cost to install it, and it would be a shame to tear it out. But it's got to go. 🙂
