Amazing! In that 1920s most of the places were more or less intact. It's only in these modern times the landscape has been changed so much. I wish i could time travel and see all those people during Joseph (Yousuf) time!

Don't you just love those smiling actors sitting at the well and bashfully looking up at the camera. What a lovely old treasure this is.

Interesting to see the mixture of truth and error that was already being propagated by film makers a hundred years ago. Read the Bible to get the facts. This film specifically contradicts Biblical statements in several places. But it is extremely nice to see the old footage. Hard to know whether to give this a thumbs up or down.

Hilal Khan ; Ishmael's lineage is indeed important but so is Isaac's . God did use The Egyptians to look after Joseph and Joseph did carry out good things in Egypt He was Governor. We have one world to share.

Those are not Jews, but Palestinians mostly Christians. Those are the people that lost everything when the Jews took the land from them.

God gave Jesus a number of His own people from all nations (see John 17: 6-10) to become a new holy nation, like a new royal priesthood to declare the praises of the Lord who called us. Read 1 Peter 2: 4-9 www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Peter+2%3A+4-9&version=NIV

ranjith y No. The essence of this story is that the samaritans are outsiders, not part of God‘s people. Otherwise it would make no sense. Jesus wanted to show that you can act falsely although you belong to God‘s people, and you can act rightly although you’re an outsider. Everyone can and should act human.

Absolute false propaganda concerning Samaritan Israelite history. They are over 800 now and growing. They alone are left of the original Hebrews that entered the land with Joshua and Caleb and Elazar, the High Priest - son of Aaron and settled on this mountain, as commanded them by The Almighty. The lineage of this priesthood still continues there, unbroken - the Jews have no unbroken connection through priesthood or a Torah appointed Holy Place.

Skheem is a Canaanite city , just like all Palestinian cities .
The history fed to you is full of lies , first of all Abraham was neither a Jew Nor an Arab , he was Assyrian (babylonian) and he did not have money to buy land to bury his wife Sarah , he was given a plot of land by king Malky Sadiq to bury his wife , so no the Canaanite did not drive him out of their land , his grandson Jacob moved to the land of Canaan and became a Canaanite ,so was Joseph , by the their is no town called Bethel , there was and still is a town called Beit Eil which means the house of Eil , Eil is the canaanite word for god , That's why Jerusalem was Elia at the time of the Bezyntine empire , Jerusalem's first name was Ursalem Ur means village and Salem is for king Salem of the land of Canaan , then it was called yaboos which meant the dry land , hence the name of the tribe that lived there became the Yaboosis .
