She cannot seize any records. She has no legal standing. She has no arrest authority. Save the money. The FBI is doing it for free.

Freedman got charged with bankrupcy fraud, her lawyers ran away, Holmes has been accused of rape, plus other situations that was talked about but nothing was being done.
