so Jodi, today did shopping at Frys( Kroger affiliate)- I did the dove deal a little differently :
I got 2 of dove serum body wash hydration ( this has become my fav)+ 3 bar soaps total came out to 40.45 so there is a 5 of 15 beauty that attaches to these bodywashes and then the 5 off 2 and 2 off 1 came off for the bar soaps; got back 17 from Ibotta ( 2 $ dove bonus) and will get back 15 from KCB ; that will make it a 3.55 MM...how wonderful...

Hello! I did the dove bar soap deal at Kroger as well as the Dove body wash (there were 2 ibotta offers attaching last week Friday) my KCB came back Monday!! It was quick this time!!

Yup Ibotta playing with us : I did not have the rebates double attaching on the u by kotex for the 50 ct only for the 40 count and mine were $2 for buying 2 and 1 for buying1 ( so I got 4 $ back for that plus from shopmium $3 and $2 from SK)...so it was 2$ MM...
You can get your kcb through the chat too, worked for me yesterday

Kroger Cash back didn't pay a couple weeks ago for me. Customer Service issued me a credit for those two and one from late April.

I have been getting SOME of my kcb, but not all and it's rather difficult to know which ones worked if they expired shortly after.
I remember, was it last year, you didn't know about the points rewards and when you signed in, you had an absolute ton of points. 😂. I only have 2000, 1000 was from a promo, I think.

@@jodimdunn1660 😂. I knew it was a lot, but wow, to think of all of the freebies! I don't ever buy things specifically because they're part of it either. That would cancel out any amount of savings they offer. I like using them for the meat and produce coupons.
Kroger cash back hasn’t worked for me, I did some offers 2 weeks ago and still nothing back,

Hey Jodi I have a question I bought dove from Kroger I had 2 rebate for new dove products. I had 1 for $2 when buy from Kroger and $3 back from all stores. Some people are saying I committed fraud is that true? If 1 item attached with 2 rebates I need to buy 10 items instead of 5 ? I send you the pic of what happened with me

I bought 3 dove bar soap ,my $5 came off but not the $2 one. Ibotta only caught 2 of them. The receipt it shows that $5 reduced the price of one of them to only 1.49. So I don't know if that has any part in it.
Update. After contacting ibotta customer service, I just received the cash back for all 3.

I feel like when they are about to change the rebates quantity or take it away all together like the dove bar soap is now gone from Kroger (even though you legitimately got it on time & submitted on time) something happens & it doesn't recognize you bought that many. That happened to me with the crest tp at cvs a couple of weeks ago. I bought 3 or 4 with a limit of 5 and it recognized one. I corrected it and it still recognized only 1 and then I submitted a ticket. During that time they changed the quantity to 1 toothpaste. I feel like everytime I have to submit they end up giving you more than what it's supposed to be too lol🥴 not complaining but it's so odd.

Question! I submitted to p&g for the 15.00 rebate when u spend 50.00. Every time I try to submit the screen clears and the original page comes back. Does that mean it submitted. In the past I swear I got and email verifying but not this time. Suggestions
The page goes black when you hit submit and then you can scroll up and once it’s done it says we’ve received your submission. I normally get an email but not always. If you aren’t sure if it went through call them. That’s what I do when I’m unsure if they got it. They are super helpful
So I actually did this last night (the dove bar soap) but where do I look on the Kroger app for my cash back cause o haven’t figured that out yet lol 😂
Under saving and just down from coupons you’ll see cash back 😊

Call customer service. They will reimburse you for the coupon. You have to request from Catalina for your RR
Knock on wood my KCB seems to be working fine lately for Dove bodywash, Cheez It snap’d and Garden Veggie tortilla chips.
