Calculated. Literally.
But can you prove it ?
Think i would do it with Euhlers Formula F + V − E = 2
So we assume we have F being faces V being corner points and E being edges.
We are gonna use a Icosahedron.
So we have 20 faces 12 vertices and 30 edges.
20+12-30=2
If we assume this is true dividing the whole thing with 5 we should be able to achieve the same results
20/5=4
12/5=2.4
30/5=6
2/5=0.4
We have to assume the results being divided will no longer results in 2. But should should still be the same results on both sides of the =.
4+2.4-6 = 0.4
Equation holds up. Kripp is a mathmaster he was correct without doing shitty bunches of math to prove it! RESPECT..
For math nerds. Euhlers formula is used to determine platonic solids which is proven, so we can assume we can use it here.
The arena face strategy is just to always pick leper gnome, once i had a deck of 30 leper gnomes and went 12- 0!

why can't you?
Well , record of one type of card when first time arena stats were avaliable was like 12 light in darkness or something similar. So only little over 1/3 deck was same card.
because you are guaranteed at least a few rare cards, you can't have 30 commons

Hey Kripp do a then and now of hearthstoNe, compare meta and balance and other stuff. I'd like to see you opinion about early hearthstone to now.
I wish Blizzard would introduce an Arena Season pass where you can unlock unlimited arena runs for a set chunk of gold (or money), or something to make it more rewarding. Maybe upping the price but letting you keep the cards you draft (ya know, like how an actual Draft Mode would work in any other TCG).

Jesus Krip... going first DOES NOT MAKE THAT BIG OF A DIFFERENCE. With alot of decks I would say going second and having the coin (and an extra card) would be even BETTER than going first. I'm 100% sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.

In wow's pvp, gear is everything unfortunately. I remember when i had full high tier arena armor, i'd be able to 3v1 or more, but when i had shit gear, i'd be lucky to kill a single person.
