The trick is to remember that in Vtol mode, the plane becomes a helicopter. Pitch controls speed, throttle controls altitude, opposite a standard airplane. That's why you started to roll over. You pitched your nose up, and that took the thrust that was keeping you in the air out from under you.
Oh you poor innocent soul assuming helicopters are that simple...

A lot of the times a lot of the times, those warnings can be a little annoying. I play Microsoft Flight Simulator X and almost every time I touch down in the Boeing 747 i go to land and it's a textbook, correct Landing, and and the gpws call-outs are reading and it's fine. Then of a sudden get a callout yelling, "DON'T SINK, DON'T SINK, DON'T SINK," plays, even though I'm doing everything correctly. It gets on my nerves so bad.

NO the A320 is wayyy more complicated. Btw there is no bleed air, fuel pumps, fmc, fuel and air monitoring, computer switches like the BMC, FAC, ELAC, SEC in the A320, no advanced autopilot such as auto-managed mode, Ecam/eicas, etc...

How does it track your hands and fingers? Does it use the standard oculus/vive controllers for this or do you use something like leapmotion or vr gloves? Also do you use some hotas stick?

Vtol vr is amazing, that being said it is not a simulator. DCS is a simulator.
Oh yes as soon as I played vtol i was like god Damn if you could control ground units and soldiers
I think vtol is my pace. DCS i will get into later on But vtol is just the right amount of time investment I am willing to get into for now. Vtol would be so good with an arma unit
