I have purchased a steamer recently n in my experience normal irons r best... Coz u dnt need to hold it for long which gives u arm pain also sides of the clothes r difficult to steam as they r in upright position.
Although you have discussed in detail, i am still not able to figure out which handheld steamer I can buy. If you would have compared a few handheld ones, then this video would have been very helpful. Buying an upright or handheld is relatively easier decision than which brand to go for in either category, so in that sense the video isn’t helpful. But for people who are in a dilemma about handheld and upright, this will help.

Handheld steamer needs to be refilled very frequently for stubborn creases. Also you need a safe place to hang clothes without damaging your walls with hot steam. I prefer my upright steamer anyday for home and handheld for travel & destination weddings.

One more difference between the two is that upright steamer needs proper space where as hand held steamer can be stored in very small space.
