Instead of uploading a bunch of vids of our matches, I decided I would make this my first longer-than-15 min video. Whenever I decide to do another RPG Let's Play or whatever I may or may not have planned (#_#) I'll be doing 1-2 hour long parts for the sake of convenience. Anyways, very fun matches but idk if I should be uploading this since I lost in 80% of the matches LOL.

Sosuko I wish I was able to play this when it came out. I played Storm 3 but it seems like the skill gap is very much wider in this game. I just recently got the 4 man games on the One and I can already tell how much harder it was back in the day. My respects to the OG Storm players that practiced to master when to sub, when to counter, and when to shuriken. Much different from the Storm games now

@jkennedy320 Kind of difficult to do that in this game considering how limited it is. It's not like I play it seriously anyways, I play real fighters competitively, this game is casual material. Thank you for the feedback regardless.
MasaBlade good sir, did this game not take more skill than it did to the Storm games like 3, Revolution, and 4? It seems to me that the skill gap is wider in the first 2 than the ones after it due to the sub bar and in the newer ones the counter system. To me this game may not have been the Soul Caliber or Mortal Kombat of anime fighting games, but you cannot say that it doesn’t take skill. I’m curious to know your thoughts on the game now than your opinion 8 years ago if you stumble across my reply. This was a great battle though; it looks much more difficult and strategic than the countless matches I’ve played. Plus, the battlehardenedsarahs weren’t born yet I don’t think in Storm 2, but mother of god did they reproduce in the latter games. Good games gentlemen
@@ZacharyHampton your point is precise any game takes strategy. Same is evident from his fights. you see the difference can be the magnitude of strategy(meaning how many). This game doesnt take much for you to understand how you will formulate your strategy. There are few instances and chances to aplly general strategy when compared to other games and bcuz of that the probability of strategy by getting in an lucky/advantaged scenario is more dominant here than tactical for instance if you substitute you get behind someone and he has no way o defending even if he read that move
@@ZacharyHampton I definitely think that the addition of the substitution bar made the game more competitive and interesting. Before it was luck reliant and led to jutsu and shriken spam, due to combos being so inconsistent.
Characters like Sasori and Deidara were straight up broken. With Sasori just putting the puppet somewhere else and spamming shurikens with amazing stun, along with his jutsu.
@@ZacharyHampton every storm game has broken tactics and mechanics that are unbalanced. But I think Storm 3 is the most consistent to what the developers were going for.
Storm 4 is really good but glitches make the game broken if you’re playing agains someone using them, without doing them yourself.

they should show kakashi's full mangekyou move even when its not a triple ultimate attack....i hate when im playing single battle nd in his final move they dont even show his eye

Looking back, it had some fun mechanics but storm 3-4 were way better games. One miss timed dash in neutral and you could easily get hit by a team ultimate
When u play kakachi , u must take sakura or tsunade to lift them
