I love Modest Deux! ❤I wear it anytime…often to bed. 😊 No soapiness on my skin. I have both perfumes you compared. I love both. I only work 4 hours a day, so longevity is not an issue. Great video!
Hello Miri. I have in my notes that another fragtuber said MD was slightly darker, spicier, more patchouli than LNT. Different noses do make a difference! The only chocolate i have is an oil of Choco Musk by Al-Rehab. That one confuses me because i get it as milk chocolatey, but Fragrantica says dark chocolate. In real life i prefer dark chocolate, and it is true that Choco Musk is too sweetly, milky, edible-smelling for me to really get into. I'm inclined to try an LNT with not much left from a declutter site like Mercari based on your review here.
p.s. i had a difficult time searching for this video, which i knew i had missed on a busy day. The search term "Miri's" comes up with all sorts of results but your channel doesn't seem to have gained enough algorithm strength to show up in those results. Here's to your community growing. 🎉 😊
@@kareninthevalley Modest Deux is truly peculiar. During the winter you get a lot of patchouli in it and the scent just becomes earthier, but since it's still warm in Croatia where I live, currently Modest Deux on me has a very sweet, powdery fruity milk chocolate scent and it's much more tamed than La Nuit Tresor. I guess one of the reasons I prefer La Nuit Tresor is also because its scent is constant during all seasons, you get patchouli which smells like dark very bitter chocolate with earthy vetiver nuances on my skin so it's much darker and seductive to me than Modest Deux is. Since I do wear La Nuit Tresor often, I do get a lot of compliments on it. I hope La Nuit Tresor will vibe with your skin as well when you try it out. I'm so grateful to you for searching my content and regularly watching it. It's been a few months since I started my YT journey and it's been hard, but I'm always so happy to hear from you and your comments always make me motivated to keep reviewing perfumes. Thank you so much! ❤❤❤
To me, Afnan is a feminine fragrance, and it doesn't have any boozy accord, even the cherry isn’t excessive or that noticeable. If you like very sweet fragrances, try it out. Maybe the patchouli in the dry-down will be more prominent on your skin and make it darker and more masculine. 🤷♀ Thank you for your comment. 🌺

I'm very much into chocolate perfumes so can this be worn by men too? & is it a boozy cherry note ? The notes are close to lattafa nebars.
