My grandpa used to always say his foot itched or was in pain, but he had lost all the way up to his knee to gangrene, years earlier but still had phantom pain. ❤
It’s not really a question of if it’s possible it’s more a question of if it’s comfortable. Yes, it’s possible and totally healthy! No, it’s not that comfortable. Not even because of cramps usually (if you’re having bad cramps you’re going to be in pain regardless of however you choose to exercise), but more so because flexing your muscles can cause sudden gushes and make it feel like you’re leaking through your protection

Can you make a video of just Tara doing stuff? Like, anything; Walking the dog, putting on makeup, doing the dishes, telling a story, sleeping, ANYTHING.
