The animation detail is shocking! The characters are also interesting, this series has more personality than many that I've seen.
For sure it even shows how a night furry would feed others wich is rilly realistic!

this is making me cry - the lore here is so interesting. i didn't exactly like the light fury (i've been praying for another night fury since 2010, you cant tell me some people were disappointed as heck) as a character choice but her dynamic with our main boy was just too cute. i love the name stella for her too. her personality here is much more bearable than in httyd3 i won't lie. take my subscription and all the likes i can give you!

Wow this is pretty much what my comment was going to say , I really do appreciate her personality here because my biggest problem with her in the movies that her entire character was just the love interest she was nothing more nothing less... just the love interest so I like that in this short clip that she seems like her own character
@@mylittlebrony2130 her whole personality and character was as flat as a door 👌🏻 they let us down heavily in that regard. but yeah, same here!
@@grimm6176 I think the movie would have been a lot more entertaining and interesting if toothless saw her as a threat and not a friend
Let me explain what I mean when toothless first met her he would find her interesting until she shot at hiccup and then he would go into defense mode and see her as a threat now and she would get upset also not understanding why he's trying to protect the human while hiccup tries to calm toothless down she flies off , for the remainder of the movie instead of him being happy about the thought of the light fury He gets upset and doesn't want to deal with her but hiccup keeps trying to convince him to give her a chance hiccup even takes him to go look for her while toothless has reservations about it eventually they will get along but I feel like that would have made their dynamic more interesting
@@mylittlebrony2130 because the movie version felt forced. it felt as though toothless just instantly fell for her. it took astrid a whole movie just to full on kiss hiccup, like three quarters of the movie just to be nice to him and she started off being arrogant and condescending toward him. there's a deleted storyboard where the light fury actually nearly kills hiccup and becomes as defensive as a cornered cat when toothless steps into her cage to free her himself.
i loved her but the whole thing felt rushed and forced. i LOVE this idea of yours even more than any others i've seen... would have still loved to see a nightfury though 💔
