Pin mill MK-5-B is an Ideal machine for use in chemical, agricultural, mineral, food, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical business application. This centrifugal Impact mill is especially good to reduce dry bulk material into mall size particles.
Through the hopper, material dropped to the center of milling chamber where from where it makes its way to the outer part of a mill. Hundreds of pins that rotate at a variable speed of 2000 - 3500+ RPM impact material thousands of times reducing its size.
The mill can be used with or without mesh. This unique feature allows working with a large broad range of materials. Use of mesh allows consistent particle size. When used without mesh particle size can be adjusted using variable speed control.
