- I had the pleasure of trying and reviewing this vacuum sealer from HiCOZY. I must say, I am loving this machine. You can vacuum seal foods that you want to freeze, or seal foods to store in your refrigerator, like onions without the smell. If you want, you can just seal bags like potato chip bags, cookies, or any dry foods you want to keep fresh. There is no limit to what you can seal with this handy machine. Hi Karen! Glad you got away to spend time with your grandson 🥰 This sure is a nifty and convenient way to store so much. The potato chips r Grest, no need for the clothes pins that I sometimes uses when I run out of regular clips. That cookbook is absolutely precious, perfect way to preserve and store for generations ❤

I love my vacuum sealer. I order my bags off amazon that are sealed on one end. I’ve made good use of it. We hunt and use it for deer meat and also when there’s meat on sale. I also cook 2-4 bags of rice and divide it up and seal it. You can cook in those bags as well. On that ice for your coolers you can just keep it and refreeze it.. You’re going to enjoy it.. Oh my Karen.. Don’t know how I missed this video. Love the ideas you’ve giving . I have some ideas myself to get some of those self ice cream paper cups,fill with my favs so then I can control how much I eat,Lol

How do you determine what setting to use for meat, cheese, veggies, etc.?
Sorry for the delay in answering. If it's meat or anything wet, I use the moist setting, the machine will determine how long to seal. The machine comes with good instructions.
I have tried 3 or 4 jar sealers and none has worked for me.
I haven't tried the jars yet. I most always use the bags ❤️

At the beginning of the video, I mentioned they sent to me to review. I hope you will look it over and consider one. It is more convenient to me than the larger one I have. ❤️
Karen, thank you for the reply I appreciate it. In the beginning of the video you said “they sent it to me” you did not say to review. Why is this important? I feel, when a TH-camr does a product review that they are completely and 100% transparent. The reason is I as a consumer want to know if you spent your hard earned money and spent your time reviewing like products and chose this brand and model. Or, did this company Hi Cozy just contact you and send you a unit for which you feel compelled to show and hopefully sell a few regardless of cost, quality or any of the options. Some TH-camrs are very good at being transparent about how they acquired the product and can give a true review for which I appreciate. And some, well let’s just say “kinda forget” or shall we say fail to mention how the product was acquired and hope for the best. I’m just saying please be as honest and transparent as you can so we the viewer can make an honest judgement on this product regardless of how many are ordered
I understand. But I don't review products that I'm not confident in and enjoy. I use them first. I really like this one and highly recommend it.
