When you utilize a 401k loan, on previous videos did you show how that now would decrease your income?? Wouldn't that be the case with employer 401k's... meaning they take out the loan payment and thus reducing my income?
I'm getting my ducks in a tow and that was my question on the 401k loan.

Also, which credit cards do you like to use?? Sometimes in the video's it's one or the other?? Do i switch my expenses to the other credit card once the one credit card is paid??

Would you recommend paying off a high balance credit card first? OR pay off 2 or 3 SMALL balance credit cards instead, THEN hammer on the bigger balance?

So, what's the benefit of using a line of credit as opposed to an ACTUAL credit card? (I'm guessing... a static interest rate? Can the bank raise the interest rate on a line of credit any time it wants? I've got a credit card with a fairly-high limit that's at a 12.25% APR right now, which I think is pretty good!)
the benefit of an LOC (line of credit) is that you can pay car payments, mortgage payments, credit cards, things like that that you can't pay with a Credit Card.
Hi Christy! I just got off the phone with NFCU and I was told they don't offer PLOC. Just a personal loan. I even explained what it was and was told they only had loans and HELOC. Any suggestions 🤔?

Where is the best place for me to get a line of credit? I have awesome credit but don’t want to use my credit card through my bank because it’s 29% and they don’t want to drop the interest rate. My credit score is about 800 so I should be able to get a LOC with lower interest rate.
Do you think that USAA or Navy Federal credit Union has better terms for HELOC?
I know both are excellent for Credit Cards, not sure about HELOCs. I can send you to someone for HELOCs if you contact me.
@@VanntasticFinances will do. Would you recommend a backup credit card also? Or would that mess up your credit score to have a credit card and HELOC? Currently, I only have a debit card to use after doing the dave ramsey plan, but life got in the way and I need to pay off some bills (roof)!
