We used to go to elm hill recreation area when I was a kid. Now, you can’t even get there without paying. I noticed last time I was up that way, that they’re building more and more houses for the blue locusts. Thank god my parents got us out of that hole when I was 12.
@@Stiksfishingchannel lol. They didn’t get to fish a whole lot. They had a farm over by the airport. He said they worked from daylight to dark on the farm. Too, back then, they didn’t fish like we do today. It was “whatever bites” and it went to the frying pan. Mostly catfish. I wish I could go back to before priest was put in and fish stones. Btw. I really like Percy. Not as residential as Old Hickory. Summer boat traffic is something to be desired though.
I like priest in winter until summer when all the jet ski get out there!! I have had so many bad encounters out there!
