The coastal area of Legazpi is really spectacular with the development of Legazpi Boulevard in the south & the Legazpi Coastal Road in the north. But around these areas are so many squatter eyesores that really destroy the ambiance especially between the Tekone Village & Embarcadero, & in the north, the squatter areas that block Rizal Ave to the North Coastal Road. They should GENTRIFY these areas & relocate the squatters. Imagine the Legazpi North Coastal Road filled with buildings all the way to the downtown areas of Rizal Ave & Quezon Ave, & in the south, Legazpi Boulevard lined with well-designed buildings, all under the shadow of majectic Mayon Volc. Legazpi can be the one of the most beautiful cities in Asia
