Hi , i bought the Q96 E450 and after using it for like 5 hours i couldn’t enter the “keystone” every time i enter it immediately exit i tried to reset it to factory settings many times and the problem is still exist, i can’t control the zoom or anything can you please help me .
I would like to purchase one. How far should I shoot to get optimal image quality? I also heard that the screen looks blurry when white subtitles appear. Do you have that problem? And from what I've heard from people, if you run it for a long time, the film burns. Do you have that problem?
Hello, the optimal projection distance is 1.2-4 meters. You said that the white subtitles will be blurred. We have not found such a problem so far. The projector will have better clarity when the environment is darker. The projector also needs to rest after use. We have tested it for a whole day without any problems, but the best suggestion is that it needs to sleep after a period of use.
