Thanks wish it was a bit clearer but unfortunately the lighting that day wasn’t in my favor. 😅
Right I’m a bit surprised how well the scx10.2 does with cantilevers and a hard body on it to.

@@TJthercGuy It looked great, didn't even notice. For sure, and good driving 👍

Thank you very much for making the series of videos on your suspension. They are very helpful and informative. I really appreciate it! 👍
What are your thoughts on Springs, Dampening and Oil wt in the Shocks on your new suspension? The kit you showed looks like it only comes with only one spring, how would you compare that spring with the stock springs? Which Oil wt did you end up using?
Overall, how would you compare the stiffness of the suspension to the stock setup? I'm considering the same mod for my Redcat Gen8, but it's really heavy so I need a pretty stiff suspension. Thanks again!

Thanks and no problem. It’s actually softer then the stock suspension seems to have more flex to. Right now I have 50wt and it still needs thicker oil thinking 80 to 100wt. The spring rate is fine I actually had to tighten down the pre load a bit. ✌️🙂

TJ, how do you think that does over stock suspension setup? I’ve always been curious of those.

Not a whole different then stock with the softer springs in the rear. Right now I only have 30wt oil in the shocks but it’s definitely gonna need some thicker shock oil. Gonna pick up a bottle of some 45 or 50wt soon as I can get over to the local hobby shop.

@@TJthercGuy Sounds good. All and all, watching it run, it looks like those rear shocks are running very smoothly and controlled. Good work.

Looks like it's leaning on the right quite a bit

Yeah the scx10.2 has some torque lean especially with hard body. It needs thicker shock oil in the rear shocks to all I had was 30wt when I installed them. I just put the cantilevers on so its not really dialed in yet. ✌️🙂
