7:25 Lowlife works the same here compared to POE. CI is considered full life in POE, but if you reserve even 1hp you are considered to not be full life.
@@LessFluffDo you know how to push Thundercloud Gemma past 200-300M dps? I've spent 500 FE on weapons to get here and I don't see how I can push even to 1B
Are you using cast while channeling instead of precise cast while channeling? You need to make sure you are not standing in divine realm but hitting the button to proc the stacks
yes normal cwc and divine realm is always up and im not standing in it, TLDR i bought precise cwc and now i do 500mil thx for the tip didnt knew thet thay had -60 and +60 dmg to linked skill @@CoffeeBns
told u everyone is abusing frost thea since she is broken. hopefully they fix it. also u can do dmg cap with this build if you know the trick . i saw a vid doing 999 bil dps

Yea my bad, after I said it and I thought about it, I was reminded of petrified blood mechanics and how they do in fact work.
Do you have a planer for the build i would love to min-max but idk what i should upgrade ?
Just go off of the hero rankings, if you look at who did the Aeterna boss first for Thea you'll always get good builds from it.

Yeah looks dead to me..
But seen people play better build on that class tho. this season.
She is way better then Youga, that class is dead I'm very much struggling with it and considering to just buy Thea.
