It's been a minute since I heard anyone reference an Ernest movie. Those movies were special to a lot of kids back in the day. ☺Thanks for making a video about it on the channel!
I love these movies, as a kid, i loved to rent them. It was VHS at the time. When dvd was available, i collected all the movies i could find. Ernest goes to school, and Ernest rides again was the two hardest to find.

I'm a big Ernest fan grew up watching these and could easily marathon them all at any time. I can even get snjoyment out of the weaker ones lol there's 9 Ernest flicks but 10 if you count Dr Otto and the Riddle of the Gloom Beam that Jim Varney starred in as Dr Otto buy also played Ernest in the movie as a cameo the dvd and VHS is out of print but it's free on TH-cam and can be bought on Ebay on DVD.
I think the movie is good it's not too bad even though it may not be the best one in the Ernest movies but I thought it was good. Merry Christmas to you too guys.
I annoy my family constantly around Christmas by singing Ernest’s version of “oh, Christmas tree.” I love the movie, but it is my least favorite of the theatrical Ernest movies.
Ernest Saves Christmas is one of my favorite Jim Varney movie of 1988.

Its a real shame that there aren't more actors that stick to mainly just portraying 1 character extremely well.
