Thanks. Needed to reset my device with broken screen using fastboot before sending it in for RMA and accepting the unlock prompt using the volume keys was the step I was missing

@Aichronicals911 this video is not about doing anything with your device's imei.. it is just you can lock or unlock bootloader

Sir i have pixel 6a cpid What happen if i lock the bootloader, the imei of the phone change or not
imei repair with this method is permament.locking bootloader may corrupt device's firmware.so you will need to reflash again!
