The grid system isn't bad since Yo-kai have a cooldown time before they can move again on the grid. Going through the game normally, you can fake out enemies to move by starting up a soultimate then cancelling it so you can have them positioned better without the worry of them moving. It also helps with keeping your own Yo-kai from taking unnecessary damage. I hear the grid system lends itself well to PvP, but I don't have any experience in that to say for sure.
@@shrub649 battled a friend last week, he absolutely destroyed me...(he had some op yokai that are Impossible to get nowaday because no one plays blasters t) and he used the grid system pretty well
Kittylumbus does not in the games as far as I'm aware. It's "evolution" only really occurs in the anime. Columbakat in the games is considered it's own Yo-kai.
I play 2 a lot and for the sake of befriending i mashed sleepy gas a lot becuz i nevet got around to getting snottle or anyone better suited for the job.

Y’know they made a lot of soultimates basically useless by allowing the enemies and friendly YoKai to move on a grid
