im a grown ass man crying... this video inspired me. was in the best shape of my life 2019 then COVID happened. now its been 2 years since i last worked out in a gym.. its like i lost all the progress i had and due to the sedentary lifestyle i think i may have arthritis which make it harder to grip things... feeling depressed... finding out chris had a disease kinda inspired me to get back and start again.. thank you for being a role model chris..

What an awesome bodybuilder Chris Bumstead is. He's not only a great bodybuilder but he seems like a really good bloke and the guy I would like to sit down just shoot the breeze and talk to.
