Rosio, I hope you and Marwa and your family are doing well. I would like to suggest that you position the bedroom on the side of the toilet, while the kitchen and the living room is at the left side if I am right.
You don't have to travel to the other side to shower or use the bathroom.
Exactly my view too. It will be easier to move from room to the toilet and vice versa. Coming from the bathroom with towel, passing the sitting area to the room looks awkward.
