Hello! I hope you are feeling better. I am chronically ill also and understand how you feel. The last two weeks have been pretty bad this way.
@@michelleelliot2068 I know how that feels, sometimes I feel like the thought of what I need to do drains me more than the act of doing it, so my mom always says to me - don't think, just do. I know you will give it your all and I believe in you! I am sending as many spoons as you need, and a mini back up spoon to keep just in case ;) Good luck my friend!
@@AngiePhiffer79 same here Angie, it's hard to listen to our bodies when we want to run away from them, just remember it will pass and you will level out in time. Every time I have a flare up I think I will feel like that forever, now I dunno if I just get stronger and better at dealing with it or the flare up passes (until next time) but either way, it doesn't stay too bad, for too long. Sending you a hug and a spoon. I hope you feel better soon. You are not alone my friend. 💞

Mirrors 🪞 and songs help nursery rhymes especially for any language in signing 🍀
I want to but there aren't enough videos to follow in ISL, my hope is to learn ASL through youtube videos and then learn ISL, I'm learning both but the ISL is only from written info and websites but I am taking notes of the differences. If you have any suggestions of what I can do, please let me know because I hope to one day do a tutorial in both ASL and ISL. It's such a beautiful language. I was actually pretty much deaf for the start of my life, no one knew until they tested me because I learnt to read lips, after an operation on my ears I was able to hear but I still struggle from time to time, with my illness it helps me express myself, Davie has learn some ASL so I can communicate when I can't speak, it's been so helpful, I wish more people knew it.

EDIT: YEP!!! 1,000% SUCCESS! (Imo) I LOVE IT! (Further context, I'm a 40+ yo with brown eyes and don't wear much makeup, but this was not only easy to do, but absolutely beautiful!)
