Can you do an episode on how zoning laws prevent variety in the types of buildings that can be built downtown which hinder the growth of small businesses? A business should be allowed to thrive without minimum parking area laws stopping them.
The next is scheduled to come out next Tuesday, after hearing some of the feedback, I thought we should start sharing some of the development process and plan, would love to hear your feedback after it posts. I mention the project in the upcoming video. It's one of my all time favorites but has a lot of people and moving parts involved to pull it off! It's coming up soon, excited to share, so we are pulling the pieces together as quickly as we can. This part will all make sense come episode 3.
