Setting Up a Site-to-Site IPsec VPN Tunnel with Sophos Firewalls

I have Site A - HQ,
Site B - branch office
Site C - Branch office
How do i configure vpn between Site B and C.
i followed your guide but i made site B response and Site C initiate.
Packets flows through the firewall rules on both sites but its only Site C that is able to ping Site A
how do i make site B to be able to ping site C? ping has been able on device access
