Man injured in Northeast Philadelphia plane crash describes scene, "incredible" trauma

A Northeast Philadelphia man who was injured when a plane crashed into his neighborhood Friday night describes the moment a piece of debris flew into a restaurant and struck him in the head. Neighbors and city leaders say the community is coming together after the tragedy.
